2. Product Use & Hygiene
  • Safety Standards: Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. For health and safety reasons, once the packaging has been opened or tampered with, the product cannot be returned.
  • Professional Application: We recommend professional installation. We are not liable for any damage to the extensions or your natural hair caused by improper installation, chemical treatments, or unauthorized cutting.
  • Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy in product photography, we do not guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will perfectly match the physical product.
3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Non-Receipt: If your item is not received within 14 business days of the expected delivery date, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
4. Refunds & Returns
  • No Returns: Due to health and safety concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hair extension products.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the aggregate amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
