Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Business Hours: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
  • Non-Receipt Refunds: If your order has not been delivered within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to request a full refund.
  • Carrier Issues: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Shipping Restrictions
  • We ship to the U.S. ONLY!!!!
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
