1. Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Business Hours: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Lost or Missing Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
- Non-Receipt Refunds: If your order has not been delivered within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, you are eligible to request a full refund.
- Carrier Issues: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
